Artificial accelerated simulation of salt spray environment test is to use a test equipment with a certain volume space -- salt spray test chamber, in the volume space with artificial methods to create salt spray environment to aging the product's salt spray corrosion resistance performance quality. Compared with the natural environment, the salt concentration of chloride in the salt spray environment is several times or tens of times of the salt spray content in the general natural environment, so that the corrosion rate is greatly improved, and the salt spray test on the product, the time to get the results is also greatly shortened.
The products comply with :CNS, ASTM, JIS, ISO standard saltwater spray test is aimed at the surface of various materials by coating, electroplating, anode treatment, corrosion prevention oil and other anti-corrosion treatment, test the corrosion resistance of its products.
Adopt imported intelligent temperature control instrument. The instrument has a high degree of intelligence, multiple groups of PID operation and fuzzy control, fast setting, to achieve smoother control output and higher control accuracy.
Automatic timing device is adopted. After the test laboratory reaches the predetermined temperature, automatic spraying is carried out. The time set by the timer is automatically stopped.
The laboratory can also use a transparent top cover, at any time to monitor the status of spray and sample working conditions.
The nozzle adopts non - crystallization jet nozzle, no salt blockage risk.
Double pressure adjustment and overtemperature protection device.
1. Install the internal parts of the salt spray test chamber: tower spray device, funnel, round rod, V-shaped sample rack, etc.
2. Connect the air source, turn on the power switch after the power supply is connected.
3. Add water in the pressure barrel and the box, stop adding water after the two low water level lights are off, and add water to seal the sealing groove.
4, the purified water and sodium chloride salt in a ratio of 1:20. Pour the prepared solution into the test inlet (turn off the light of low salt water).
5. After all the lights are off, we can turn on the operation, spray and timing switch, and turn on the defog switch after the test is over.
6. According to the test requirements, the equipment can spray continuously and periodically (for continuous spray, T1 and T2 tables are set to 0; for intermittent spray, T1 is set as working time and T2 is set as rest time).
