Intelligent Salt Spray Test Chamber for Corrosion Resistance Aging Test

2026-10-27

A young engineer asked why the factory kept a salt spray chamber when customers rarely asked for reports. The senior colleague told her about a batch of coated brackets shipped years ago without testing. Six months later, rust and blistering appeared in a tropical market. They had no data to defend the product, lost the customer, and absorbed the recall cost. That changed everything: they bought a BOTO GROUP chamber and began testing every batch and supplier before shipment—not because customers asked, but because they needed to know the truth first. The complaints stopped, and decisions improved. At BOTO GROUP, we build salt spray chambers for manufacturers who want to find problems before their customers do.
