Small Salt Spray Testing Machine Electroplating Coating Aging Test Box

2026-10-26

The factory had a problem nobody wanted to talk about. Coated parts were failing in the field, but the production team insisted everything was fine. The numbers looked good. The inspection reports were clean. Then the quality manager ran a sample through the salt spray chamber. It failed at 400 hours. She tested another. Same result. She tested twenty more from different batches. Half failed. The truth was uncomfortable—but it was the truth. They reformulated the coating, tightened the process, and tested every batch from that day forward. No complaints came again. BOTO GROUP builds salt spray chambers for manufacturers who would rather hear the truth early than deny it until it's too late.
