Reference standard The brine spray test mainly refers to the reference standard: JIS, ASTM, CNS, GB standard parameter setting.

Box material 

A test case is made of light gray PVC board with a thickness of 5mm and a durable temperature of 85 ℃. The structure is firm. 

The second laboratory cover is sealed with transparent acrylic impact resistant plate with a thickness of 5mm. Double layer thickening inside and outside the edge to prevent distortion due to long-term high temperature. The thickness is 15mm. 

It is easy to clean and operate. 

The best heat preservation effect is achieved by using sus ා 304 stainless steel high pressure resistant barrel. 

5. The test sample rack adopts the plane dividing type, which can adjust the angle arbitrarily, the fog falling on all sides is uniform, the fog receiving is completely consistent, the test results are accurate, and the number of test samples is large.

Air supply system

The air pressure is 1kg / cm2 and adjusted in two stages. The first section is about 2kg / cm2, which is equipped with inlet air filter and drainage function. The second stage is precisely adjusted 1kg / cm2, 1 / 4 pressure gauge, with accurate display.Spray mode 
One bernoult principle absorbs salt water and then atomizes. The atomization degree is uniform, and there is no blocking crystallization phenomenon, which can ensure the continuous test. The two nozzles are made of tempered glass, which can adjust the spray volume and the ejection angle. Three spray volume 1~2ml/h can be adjusted (ml/80cm2/h standard requires testing 16 hours for average). The metering cylinder adopts embedded installation, which is beautiful and neat in appearance, convenient for observation and reduces the installation space of the instrument.
