Details:

1 The whole box adopts the integral structure. Box structure

2 The inside of the box is made of 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outside is made of 1.0mm cold rolled steel spray, and the thermal insulation material is made of ultra-fine glass thermal insulation cotton.

3 The door is sealed with double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.

4 The observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered insulating glass with a size of 350×500mm. In order to prevent frosting of the glass at low temperature, the built-in special safety voltage heating wire is specially built to surround the heating belt with a power supply voltage of 36V, and a lamp is set up to provide illumination for observation.

5 A φ50mm test hole with a plug is arranged on the side of the box body. The plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, high and low temperature resistance, with thermal insulation effect.

Rapid temperature change test chamber refrigeration system and compressor:

In order to ensure the cooling rate of the test chamber and the minimum temperature requirements, the test chamber uses a set of Taikang fully enclosed compressor composed of binary overlapping air cooling refrigeration system. The overlapping refrigeration system consists of a high temperature refrigeration cycle and a low temperature refrigeration cycle, and its connecting vessel is the evaporative condenser. The evaporative condenser also plays the role of energy transfer, transferring the heat energy in the working room through the two-stage refrigeration system to achieve the purpose of long temperature. Refrigeration system design application of energy regulation technology, an effective treatment can ensure that in the normal operation of the refrigeration unit and the refrigeration system of energy consumption and cooling capacity for effective regulation, so that the refrigeration system operating costs and failure rate down to a more economic state.
